1. Booking Policy
- All pooja bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Full details of the devotee, including name and contact information, must be provided during the booking process.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
2. Payment Policy
- An advance amount of 50% is mandatory to secure your pooja booking.
- The balance payment must be completed before the pooja begins.
- Payment receipts must be preserved and presented upon arrival.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the pooja will qualify for a refund of the advance payment, after deducting administrative charges.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pooja.
- Changes to the pooja date/time are subject to availability and management approval.
4. Code of Conduct
- Devotees are expected to maintain decorum and follow temple guidelines during their visit.
- Strictly avoid bringing prohibited items into the temple premises.
- Management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Disclaimer
- The temple administration and Shri Devendra Priset are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the pooja.
