1. Advance Payment: The advance amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pooja will not be eligible for a refund. For cancellations made earlier, the advance amount may be adjusted for future bookings (subject to temple management's discretion).

3. No-Show Policy: If the devotee fails to attend the pooja at the scheduled time, the advance amount will be forfeited.

4. Rescheduling: Devotees are allowed to reschedule their pooja once, provided they inform the temple office at least 24 hours in advance. The advance amount will be adjusted accordingly.
